In the area known as “Crete senesi”, in Tuscany, there’s an ancient abbey named Monte Oliveto Maggiore. There I’ve found a beautiful wine cellar, used in the past by the Benedictine monks to produce a nice red wine. Now the cellar has been partially renovated, but it mantains the most of its amazing atmosphere, as well as some really old casks.
