I took this picture to show a quite uncommon view of the famous Fushimi Inari taisha, in Kyoto. Usually just a single path is represented in the tons of shot viewable on internet. Actually the Fushimi inari taisha is an articulated “labyrinth” of paths and minor shrines, that embraces the entire Mount Inari up to its peak.
I decided to edit the shot in this way in order to emphasize the beauty of the traditional vermillion color of the “torii” and the play of light created by the closeness of the thousand torii.
